GTM systems and AI architect with 14+ years designing and modernizing large-scale SaaS and enterprise application ecosystems, with deep specialization in Salesforce-led Quote-to-Cash and revenue platforms. I work where architecture decisions become revenue outcomes — decoupling rigid CPQ ecosystems, accelerating SKU and product launches, and replacing risky re-platforming with incremental, API-first, event-driven modernization.
Across hyper-scale technology, networking hardware, energy, and telecom domains, I've owned end-to-end architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and finance CRM platforms — partnering with Product, Finance, GTM, Legal, and Engineering leaders to turn complex enterprise constraints into shippable systems.
I serve as technical advisor to a 100+ person Salesforce Summit Partner, while architecting Quote-to-Cash backbones, event-driven integrations, and AI systems for enterprise clients. Increasingly that means getting agents into production responsibly — tool calling into real actions, retrieval grounded in real sources, guardrails separating what an agent writes unattended from what a human approves, and the accuracy testing that has to exist before any of it touches live business data. My work is grounded in domain-driven design, architecture governance, and a bias toward simplification — the conviction that the best architecture is one that delivers business outcomes, not architectural purity.
What I do

End-to-end Q2C platform architecture — CPQ, order management, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition. Specialized in decoupling monolithic CPQ-centric architectures so product, pricing, and SKU lifecycle can evolve independently of the quoting engine. Patterns for multi-channel SKU launch, ramp deals, mid-term changes, and subscription model transitions.
Platform architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Data modeling, sharing & visibility design, automation framework selection, security architecture, and SFDX-based deployment models — applied to greenfield builds and complex enterprise modernizations spanning thousands of hours.
Integration architecture grounded in domain-driven design — bounded contexts, well-defined integration contracts, and asynchronous messaging that allow downstream systems to evolve independently of Salesforce release cycles. MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, REST/GraphQL, and saga-pattern distributed transactions across enterprise estates.
The pragmatic alternative to risky re-platforming. Strangle-fig migrations, capability extraction, anti-corruption layers, and parallel-run validation strategies that retire legacy systems without freezing the business. Architecture governance, SDLC standards, and DevOps frameworks that raise delivery quality while reducing post-launch incidents.
Production AI agents on the Salesforce platform using Agentforce, Anthropic Claude, and middleware orchestration. Tool calling into invocable actions, retrieval grounded so answers stay sourced, guardrails separating unattended writes from human-approved ones, and the evaluation and accuracy testing run before anything ships. The hard part is never the model call — it is the failure mode where retrieval returns nothing and the agent answers confidently anyway.
Technical advisor to a 100+ person Salesforce consultancy. I lead architecture review boards, define delivery standards, mentor staff and principal engineers, and own presales technical strategy on enterprise pursuits. Comfortable operating as an executive partner while staying hands-on with system design, code review, and architecture governance.

Owned enterprise architecture for the Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations stack of a hyper-scale social platform — Sales Cloud, finance CRM, contract lifecycle, and downstream order-to-cash. Led incremental modernization of a deeply customized CPQ-centric ecosystem: extracted product catalog, pricing, and entitlement concerns out of the monolithic quoting flow into well-defined services, allowing the business to launch new SKUs and pricing models without re-platforming. Delivered $2M+ OPEX savings through platform consolidation and architectural simplification, while raising delivery quality 50% and cutting post-launch incidents 25% via formal architecture governance and an SFDX-based release model.
Lead architect for a global Salesforce support and service platform supporting the worldwide customer base of a networking hardware leader. Designed modular Service Cloud and Experience Cloud architectures that decouple front-end customer experiences from downstream support, knowledge, and operational systems — establishing integration contracts that allow workflows, automation, and analytics to evolve independently. Deep CTI integration (Vonage screen pop and routing), Service Cloud Voice for telephony-native agent experience, Omni-Channel skills-based routing, and entitlement processes with milestone tracking and SLA enforcement.
Designed a Salesforce-based finance CRM unifying contract execution, revenue operations, sourcing, procurement, and vendor onboarding workflows for a global Finance organization. Built domain-bounded data models for contracts, revenue events, purchase requisitions, and supplier records — wired through API-driven integrations to ERP, treasury, and master-data systems. Replaced spreadsheet-driven processes with auditable, role-based workflows, while preserving the ability to evolve any single domain without cross-cutting refactors.
Lead architect for a custom forecasting and pipeline-management platform serving a global sales organization with non-standard deal structures. Replaced legacy spreadsheet-based pipeline calculation with a Salesforce-native engine: custom forecast hierarchies, time-phased pipeline rollups, multi-currency normalization, and MuleSoft integration with internal data systems. Built design documentation and user flows for executive-level forecast review, with auditable variance analysis between commit, best-case, and pipeline.
Architected a contract lifecycle modernization for a global enterprise — Apttus CLM as the system of record for contract authoring, redlining, and approval routing, with Adobe Sign and DocuSign as parallel signature paths to support partner-of-choice variations. Designed clause libraries, approval matrices, and bidirectional sync between CLM and Sales Cloud opportunities. Built event-driven hooks so downstream finance, revenue, and provisioning systems could react to contract execution without polling.
Designed and delivered a Demand-Side Balancing Reserve application on the Force.com platform for the UK's national electricity transmission operator. Backend Apex implementation of a complex savings algorithm modeling availability margins between supply and demand under cold-winter peak load — supporting decommissioning forecasts and capacity continuity decisions. Custom data model, validation framework, Visualforce UI, and a Salesforce-native mobile application for field engineers managing distributed reserve participants.
Designed and deployed a production AI assistant built on Salesforce Experience Cloud, using Anthropic Claude as the LLM backbone and Make.com as the middleware orchestration layer. Three-module integration scenario handles natural-language intent classification, knowledge-base retrieval with grounding citations, and contextual response generation — surfaced through a custom LWC chat interface with audit logging, prompt-injection guardrails, and graceful fallback to human agents.
Published two AppExchange products. Dynamic Data Table — a configurable reusable data-table LWC component with declarative column metadata, sorting, inline edit, and lazy loading. Check Limit — a governor-limit monitoring and org-health tool that surfaces consumption against Apex, SOQL, and storage limits in real time. Full ISV lifecycle: managed packaging, security review, AppExchange listing, customer support, and ongoing release maintenance.

Architecture blueprints and reference designs derived from recurring enterprise problems. These are systems I build for clients on demand — included here to convey the upper bound of the work.
Headless product catalog and pricing service decoupled from the CPQ engine — designed for businesses launching products simultaneously across direct sales, partner channels, marketplaces, and self-service. Models SKU lifecycle states (introduction, GA, deprecation, replacement) as first-class events, with attribute-driven pricing, ramp deals, mid-term changes, and proration baked in. Catalog and pricing changes deploy independently of CPQ rule changes — collapsing time-to-launch from quarters to weeks. Reference includes domain model, event taxonomy, integration contracts with billing and provisioning, and a phased rollout path that does not freeze in-flight quoting.
Reference architecture for a Quote-to-Cash backbone built on domain-driven principles. Bounded contexts for Quote, Order, Contract, Billing, Entitlement, and Provisioning — each owning its data, lifecycle, and integration surface. Salesforce Platform Events and MuleSoft as the event bus; saga-pattern orchestration for distributed transactions with compensation actions; idempotency keys, retry policies, dead-letter queues, and end-to-end correlation tracing. Includes failure-mode analysis, backpressure handling, and a phased migration playbook for organizations decomposing a CPQ monolith without business interruption.
